Do Not Use the website!nAfter years of flawless service they are No Longer Reliable. I had never had a bad experience here until recently. Maybe its under new management. The airport location did this exact same thing one week ago. Twice now, I've confirmed online reservations they could not honor. You can no longer trust reservations made online with Enterprise. The website will confirm a reservation & then they have nothing available. The local branch was almost impossible to reach by phone. The person that finally answered was not nice. They claimed to have left me a voicemail & I don't even have voicemail. They claimed to have called me and they did not. I was actually called from another branch to tell me no one was even at this location & I would have to call back at a later time. I hope these conversations are actually ones that got recorded because the Rocky Mount representative was completely dishonest. I have phone records to prove their statements are false. I am so disappointed. After years of wonderful service doing business at this location I now have to go out of town to rent a car from Hertz or Budget or some other company. It breaks my heart to realize Enterprise is No Longer Reliable.

My experience was flawless. From calling me the morning of my rental pickup to the ease of return a week later. My rental Suv was a new Jeep Cherokee which was quite and easy to drive. My father and I were very thankful since we had a long drive ahead of us and wanted to be comfortable. Reasonable price too!

The young man helping us at this location carries on the fine customer service I have come to know and trust from Enterprise Car Rental. That is why I keep coming back when I need to rent or BUY a car. Quality!

Best service ever out of all of the Enterprise's car rental locations that I have been dealing with in the Roanoke area since moving down here in 2008. Kim and Zach provide top notch service and go above and beyond to help make the experience awesome. Mr. Wright is also great to work with. A+++
