Our main drain line was blocked. Chris came on Sunday and stayed until the drain was clear. He advised us that our drain line may have cracked and could need further work. A week and a half later what Chris had told us was verified when a sink hole appeared where the drain line exited the house. We called Chris immediately. He responded immediately. He just left the house after doing a great job of making the repair and cleaning up the site. We highly recommend him. He is our first choice for any future plumbing work we may need. Christopher came to our house about a water line break and him and his coworker were very informative and explained everything to us very well. They gave us lots of options so that we could make an informed decision.

Rooter our kitchen sink. Nocked several holes in the line, and left. Now we have to replace it.

Had a complete stoppage of my kitchen sink. My mechanic tried first, with 12.5' of snake and didn't get to the clog. Called my plumber, who had a 25' snake and still didn't get to the clog. The plumber recommended Chris at Rooter Guy. He came out with a power snake, had it fixed within 15-20 min. and saved the day!! I highly recommend him--a wonderful professional. Price is reasonable as well. I can only imagine what I would have been charged had I called any of the companies that do tons of advertising.

Great service replaced a piece of flux pipe under my house and didn't over charge at all bill was less then $300 no complaints at all
