Last week At 4:30 in the afternoon I called up Roto-Rooter And she had somebody out at the house by 5:30 to snake the bathtub which was completely plugged.nThe guy who arrived Was An Old Salt named Buzz who was highly experienced and took care of this tricky job very quickly. I was extremely happy and highly recommend Roto-Rooter.

Roto-Rooter has been my go-to for all services repairs related to frozen pipes bursting and other needs (particularly when renters never listen to shut the water off to the outside in the winter). They always come out very quickly and even are able to diagnosis/repair within the hour. They have also gone under my crawl space several times and just really appreciate that they will do this. Thanks for all the help Roto-Rooter!

I was very disappointed with this company. I did my research on their website before calling to make an appointment and it states that they offer free estimates and quote you exactly what the job would cost so there are no surprises. Not only was I charged for the estimate for stuff to be done that I didn’t approve to be done but then I was told that they couldn’t give me an exact estimate for the job. When I called back to ask them to explain to me what I was being changed for, I was told that they no longer offer free estimates, so that is false advertisement and shouldn’t be on their website to begin with. I ended up going with another company that not only gave me a free estimate on what the job would cost but it was way more affordable.

Had our Septic Tank pumped.nnPerson answering the phone was very helpful, friendly, and professional. The individual that pumped our Septic Tank was very knowledgeable and thorough. He was also helpful (we had a lot of questions regarding our system), friendly and professional.nnI think they over schedule. We were given a 11 am to 1 pm window of time. When no one arrived by 1 pm, I called and was told that they were just about to call me to let me know the technician was in Madison and we were next. Then someone called me at 2 pm to let me know the truck was in route. When no one had arrived by 3:15 pm, I called and was told that he was on Richmond Rd. in Troy and would be there shortly. He arrived 5 minutes later.nnWe were very pleased with the service, but think they need to work on their scheduling process.
