Called Thursday for septic backing up said they were busy but could come out Saturday, called multiple times to office and driver with no response never showed up or called to say they couldn’t make it went with another company

Put in a new type of sewer system on our stripped farm land. The team did a wonderful job and two years later we have not had one single issue...

Called this company tgo check tosee if tank needed to be pumped cause it was backing up. They used my brother in laws back hoe to uncover tank lid, not theirs or by hand. Tank was fine so they found that the sewer line was sagging. They came back 3 or 4 day's later strapped the line up and sent me a bill for $315.00. Yes, $315.00 to strap up a line to the floor and, used my brother in laws back hoe to uncover the tank lid. Didn't give him a dime. I don't know what it would have been if they would have been if they would have had to use their own equipment or don e it by hand. This is ridiculous.
