Chong did a great job fixing/cleaning some wool clothing. I would definitely recommend her service.nnAlso ignore the negative reviews, one starts off racial and one is about a haircut place.
I have been having Chong do my tailoring for 14 years. Her work is impeccable, her prices are fair ($8 to get pants hemmed) and she gives an honest price estimate before she does her work (which requires laying eyes on the clothes that need to be altered). If it needs to be a perfect fit, she’s your woman.
First she is not a Chinese! She might be a Korean. She was very rude. She rejects to price the service through the phone until you physically get there. Then she give you an unreasonable price. I asked to fix sleeves of my new suit, she said $40. Then I switched to Heidi's Perfect Fit, they only ask for $24 and very polite! Such a big difference!
