Great turnaround on reviewing the area and providing an estimate (same day!) Service arrived punctually at the expected time and completed all carpet and tile cleaning on schedule. Carpet and tile looks new. Outstanding work at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend them.
They did an amazing job on my carpets! I had a renter who had a dog and left with a very stained and dirty carpet. I thought I was going to have to replace the carpet. I’m so glad I tried to clean it first! It looks almost new! I wish I would have taken before and after pictures for everyone to see.
Angelo and his crew are skilled and professional. This is the second occasion we have engaged The Grout Wizard and we are once again pleased with the work. Our bathtub surround looks like new!
Very happy with their work. They took a couple decades off my entryway tile and fireplace tile. It had a couple of coats of DIY sealing on it previously and wouldn’t look fresh with just my scrubbing. Nice people, on time and the cost was right around where they estimated it to be. Will hire again in the future. You can also see the tile meets carpet, the carpet was untouched in the process.
So grateful for the high quality work from Grout & Carpet Wizards - from start to finish. When they arrived, our carpets were a mess. But when they finished, we marveled at the success of their work (e.g., our dog had wreaked some havoc on two wall to wall carpets - you'd never know that now). Highly recommend.
