I want a women's long fleece robe. I have repeatedly attempted to get someone on the phone unsuccessfully. After a very long wait yesterday, I got a male rep in their chat app. He was fairly useless. I am extremely frustrated that I can not speak to a customer service rep to ask questions about this robe.
