Over the years I’ve dealt with various car dealerships and their respective Service Departments, but my experience at BMW of Charlottesville last week was exceptional. My Service Manager, Adam, took time to explain what the techs discovered during routine servicing of my vehicle (in terms I could understand), the various options I had and the costs associated with repairs. I purchased extended warranties when I bought the vehicle and Adam researched the various warranties to see what was covered. He was honest and up front so there were no surprises. He also kept me informed of the status of the repairs. I was impressed with his attention to detail and professionalism and I highly recommend BMW of Charlottesville.

Chose to go to BMW Charlottesville as they had a CPO model that I had been searching to purchase. I am from out of state and simply only chose this dealer as they had the specific model I sought after.nnPhil in sales was easy and a pleasure to work with on the sale. Would work with him again when appropriate.nnThe finance representative Joshua took me through the rest of the sale finalizing the contract specifics.nnAfter going over and signing all the documennnts I was ushered off the lot and noticed but 24 hours later that the dealership failed to take my agreed down payment amount.nnRealizing the error I contacted the service representative myself and left a voicemail, quickly prompting a phone call from Joshua a few hours later asking for the balance of the down payment.nnI quickly resolved that issue and brought up my concern with the fine print in some of the extended warranties that I optioned for and informed Joshua that I would like to void those agreements. Joshua kindly agreed to make the changes.nnIt has been approximately 10 days at the time I write this and I have yet to receive one phone call or message following up on customer satisfaction or any other aspect of the transaction.nnI've left multiple communications via text, email, and voice, and have not received any communication back from BMW Charlottesville.nnAll in all they do not seem to care after making a sale and seem to be on to the next one. I wouldn't recommend this dealer if you options to by a BMW in your area that are not BMW Charlottesville.nnI will gladly revise my review and rating should they contact me and confirm what promises BMW Charlottesville made to me verbally will be honored.nnThank you for reading and drive safe.

The service started off Amazing when pitching my car from them but it quickly went down hill once the paperwork was signed. I had no communication on the delivery of my vehicle it went from Friday to Monday to Tuesday and finally arrived a week late. I was not given any dealer tags to drive the car the icing on the whole experience was I had to take the car to have the oil changed and the air filters changed right when I purchase it because they never serviced the vehicle while they had possession of it. Instead left it for me to deal with. I mentioned this to them and they didn’t even acknowledge the issue. Just another car lot that is after a dollar and not a customer

The service I have received from BMW of Charlottesville has been excellent. I truly feel they are customer focused by showing a genuine concern for your satisfaction. Working with Adam in the service department has been a pleasure. I have purchased three vehicles from this dealership and use them exclusively for service since I moved here 7 years ago. Great facility and team.n2/2021 Update:nOnce again I would like to compliment the staff of Cville BMW. Dealing with purchasing my 3rd New BMW was a pleasure. The sales department was helpful and fair. From sales to service they truly exceed my expectations.

Great folks, Jake and Darshon always takes care of me. So easy to make an appointment online. Good diagnostics on problems without a push to do more. Nice to have a clean car when I leave. I appreciate the great service.
