Very quickly segregating the Charlottesville VA community.. Exact reason I moved my kids and wife away from there and into Palmyra. I lived in Charlottesville for 18 years... After what they caused and how she has been acting while mayor. I needed to remove my family from the negativity.. Now I hear there is a community based purely for African Americans coming under construction with a 500,000 dollar investment.... Like I said she is willing to segregate charlottesville more so then she has already done. Terrible mayor.
