The team was polite, worked quickly and efficiently, and handled the paperwork with my insurance company. Would definitely recommend.

Our restoration was quite an extensive job. Understatement.nThe ceilings in the upper level of our home started to sag and drop. The insurance review process was affected due to the CoVid19 pandemic. During that time, the ceilings continued to drop to the point that we had to build frames to prop them up in 2 bedrooms to mitigate *complete* collapse. Our insurance company sent a contractor from Paul Davis Restoration in Bristol to assess the situation. Brian worked diligently and professionally with us and our insurance company. He did a thorough assessment, made a plan, and started assembling a crew - during a pandemic.nIt's sincerely an understatement to say that repairs were extensive and extreme. Restoration involved the complete removal of the ceilings from 6 rooms on the upper level of our home. The remaining ceilings needed to be reinforced, sanded, repaired, re-textured, AND painted to match the new ceilings.nThe walls throughout the upper level needed to be both repaired and repainted after dropping the ceilings.nThe carpets needed not just a deep cleaning, but to be cleaned with hand tools. All of the lights needed to be removed and replaced.nEvery square inch of the upper level needed a DEEP clean to remove the dust and debris - the windows, windowsills, trim work, behind the refrigerator and stove, cabinets, etc etc etc..nWe had to pack up EVERYTHING and move out of our home into a rental home for 6 weeks. Not easy for a family of 5 with 3 cats.nBrian provided guidance and calm reassurance during the entire process. He was authentic and forthcoming . He told us that it would be hard to see our home torn up, and that it was going to get VERY messy. He was 100% correct. (Have you ever seen the amount of drywall dust from sanding your entire kitchen, hallway, foyer, and dining areas on top of the demolition debris from collapsing the ceilings in 6 other rooms?! It's impressive and awe-inspiring, but incredibly disheartening when it's your home).nHe told us that he would communicate throughout the process with us - and that's exactly what he did. I'll emphasize that communication from both sides is always important. That means that we would email or text him regularly throughout the process, and he would respond back to us. This allowed us to voice our smallest concerns and gave him a chance to respond. You should know that I have a LOT of questions, and he listened and always responded with patience, kindness, respect, and humor.nHe told us upfront that this would be difficult, that mistakes would be made, but to communicate with him, TRUST him, and let him take care of things.nAnd that's exactly what Brian and his crew did. They respected our home during the repairs and restoration, they were courteous and a pleasure to work with during an incredibly stressful experience, they were respectful of our safety and wore masks, and they restored our broken house back into a safe home. We have a long gratitude list for this Thanksgiving.

Im changing my review, i feel bad. No need for all the bad info in reviews bashing every thing a company does wrong at all. Look at my 1 star and all the other 1 stars. Make your own decision! Have a great day!

My house caught fire on 12/1/19. I was 9 months into a difficult pregnancy. The insurance went through very smooth & they referred us to Paul Davis. The contractor from Paul Davis assured us they were going to get us back in our home as quick as possible considering our circumstances with the baby coming! We waited & waited with no work being completed! By the end of January (this being 2 months since the fire) half a days work had been done. The siding had been taken off & the inside was exposed to the elements! We had to go with another contractor who now also has to fix the damage caused from the elements being exposed. We were fortunate to get most of our money back but some was kept for bogus charges! I do not write reviews but felt this was necessary to keep anyone from having the difficulty & hardships with this company we have faced! They had 2 full months & some beautiful weather & only worked on the house for 1 day! That was 2 months our home was setting & we should have been living back in the home with our new bundle of joy easily. Run folks, find another contractor that’s my advice!

Best contractor around. I would give them ten stars if I could. We worked with Brian, he was very professional and stayed in contact with me and kept me updated while the work was in progress. The job was completed very quickly, and I was impressed at how clean they were. I will without a doubt be using them for future projects.
