The garden center was great. Purchase was easy and loading was also fast. Ashley in the doors and Windows is a rock star! Doors ordered and contracts signed in a professional yet quick manner. Awesome experience.
While picking up our yearly mulch at Lowes on the Volunteer Parkway, we were pleasantly surprised by the service we received in the garden center. Our thanks to Jason Horne who loaded our truck in the rain and wind without complaint or impatience. In a world where good service and kindness are not common, we appreciate him greatly!
Volunteer parkway Lowes is best ! Something about the people at this Lowes in particular. They employees are kind and courteous. I see signs from management on the walls at the front encouraging the employees to be their best and thanking them for their level of professionalism. WAY TO GO LOWES MANAGEMENT. 5 STARS FOR YOU ! EXCELLENT JOB !
This store is very well organized and has a good atmosphere. But the most important thing was that one of the associates stopped to ask me what I needed and they didn't even work in that department. I really like that Added Touch.
