Owners are super friendly and accommodating. Only place in Abingdon that is pet friendly. Room was clean and newly renovated. Will definitely stay here again. I give them 5 stars even though the mattress was on the hard side but the towels were soft unlike normal hotels and they had both fluffy and flat pillows.

Nice clean rooms. The owners are really great people. They also offer smoking rooms that are as nice as the non smoking(hard to find)

It changed ownership. New owners are not forthcoming with important information such as cost and confirmation numbers. They are stingy with pillows and towels. I asked for extra towels. Instead of just bringing them... They wanted a count of how many were in the room and how many adults and why you wanted more each night. They also run up and down the walkway with the linen cart during the middle of the night. Sounds like a plane coming through the window. They did this each night. We used to love to stay there but won't be going back.

Super clean amenities. Friendly staff. They also have pet friendly rooms at a low price, without the pet deposit.
