I travel 5 to 6 days a week throughout the Tennessee, Kentucky and North Carolina areas for my job. Add this hotel to my top 10. Conveniently located just a couple minutes off the interstate. All the staff were super friendly and the room was very clean. For the price you literally could not ask for more!!! I was working in Bristol however I chose this hotel based on reviews. It was definitely worth driving just 10 extra minutes. I found the room cheaper on a 3rd party site so I called the hotel and the were happy to price match. I highly recommend this hotel if your are in the Bristol / Abingdon VA area!!!
They staff is warm and welcoming. The location is very convenient to Walmart, a bank, convenient stores and restaurants. The room is beautiful with updated decor, clean and comfy. The fitness room has very nice equipment. It is right off the interstate, but the traffic noise is minimal. They asked if we had pets, so they are pet friendly.
There were hairy towels but the beds are super great and comfortable. Everyone was really nice an slept us switch rooms to have double beds. My dog loved it too.
It was a very Beautiful and very clean place!
We needed a place to clean up and wash cloths as we traveled across to US... Will was very welcoming and made our registration seamless.. Everyone wore masks and made us feel safe... We even got up early to take a short bicycle ride on the Creeper Trail before we continued our trip. Thanks for a great restful stay...
