Awesome staff. Very helpful. Highly recommended. My booking got messed up at another hotel that didn't offer to help. Even though the Comfort Suites was completely booked they helped me find another hotel to keep my trip on as planned. I stayed at the Comfort Suites last year and will definitely be booking with them on my next trip.
The customer service was good however they couldn't get the fireplace fixed in our Jacuzzi room. Knew that it was like that when we got there at hotel. I had reservations for 2 nights at that. So we were disappointed. She did give me 1, 000 choice hotel points when I left but them rooms cost a lot Not to get what you expect. Next trip stayed down the road. Same Jacuzzis better price! And fireplace worked well.
The elevator, back hallway and stairwell had a bad smell, but the rooms were nice and clean, didn’t smell like smoke. Although the pool was closed due to COVID, which will definitely impact people’s decision to stay here, they did tell us about it up-front; letting us make the decision prior to paying. The waffle maker was available for breakfast, which is more than I have seen in other hotels, so big plus there!
Well i did have the most pleasant stay! However, the jacuzzi rooms are gorgeous. The rooms resemble a kings den with a fireplace! ud83dudc4d
The staff member I interacted with was nice and professional but the king size bed in the room was horrible. The foot of the bed was elevated and it sat at an incline (very noticable). I am not interested in sleeping with my head in a declined position. I was moved to a different room and it was worse than the first one. Secondly, this location does not follow the guidelines set forth by Choice Hotels and they do not recognize elite member status.
