Absolutely horrible! STAY AWAY!! I booked my hotel 9 months ago for the Bristol dirt race. Drove 6.5 hours from PA to arrive at 6pm with my toddler to find out our hotel that I already paid for was not available. I was about 1 of 15 people standing in the lobby that this happened to! The receptionist told us that something had happened with booking.com and they didn’t have any of our reservations. After talking to Booking.com they had confirmed it 2 weeks ago when they sent me my pin and email. They took my money, refused to refund it and here i was with no hotel at all!! Booking.com refunded my money, and paid for my other hotel room that was 300+ more then i booked 9 months ago.nnThank god, I used google and found the red roof inn in Bristol. The owner there was absolutely amazing!!! He explained that every race this happens to this hotel! And the owner has been known to sell your earlier booked rooms since they were sold at a cheaper rate, and make money off of them!nnStay far away. Don’t even up like all the others that got screwed, and take your hard earned money elsewhere!

Who is nice and clean. However we chose it over other motels because it said that it had hot breakfast. The only thing that was hot was the coffee. It was a continental breakfast. I would have saved us 30 bucks and went to another place that had this a continental breakfast

Clean and convenient. A tad outdated for today's standards but staff was friendly and it was an easy in and out from the highway which is a bit close but I didnt hear very much from inside the room. One room had a pretty small TV and a half Sze apartment fridge. The other room had a full TV ad a full size mini fridge. Linens and bathrooms were clean and well kept. Showers were hot although a smidge small for a 6ft5 guy.

The reason I gave it 4 stars is because I like the close proximity to the I-81 freeway right off exit 14. There aren't many restaurant amenities nearby but I like the way the hotel was built because it was a long building and I can was able to park outside my window on the first floor. The staff was okay but the nicest one I ran across was the male housekeeper Cleveland because we got to chat a little and they really made me feel good.

Pleasant Innkeeper checked in two weary travelers on a cold night. The clean, comfortable room featured a good bed, clean linens and peaceful sleep. A bargain.
