I agree with all the positive comments by your reviewers about the courtesy of the employees and especially Billy at the front desk as well as about the hotel itself.nI completely disagree about the hotel location. While it is easy to get to, it sits up in a rise about 100 yards away from I-95, which the entire front of the hotel overlooks. We had a top (5th) floor room, and the noise from the highway, especially the tractor trailers, was incessant through the night. It sounded like we were under constant assault by dive bombers as the sounds of the trucks approached and receded.
Excellent hotel my number 1 pick for the region. Great accommodations, very friendly and accommodating staff for a non full service hotel. Great food and one of the only places with an onsite bar. Pool is not currently open. But definitely a mainstay for me!

Super clean rooms. Very friendly staff and the lady in the Starbucks is absolutely amazing. She went out of her way to make us feel at home.. Housekeeping was very prompt and quick to serve beds neatly made and made sure to all if we needed anything at all. Major major kudos to the staff.... I'll make the trip back to Bristol just to stay here
