My wife and I were visiting for a week from Florida and rented a house only to find the washer did not function properly. Due to the busyness of the holiday we found ourselves with a week's worth of dirty cloths. The owners of Compton cleaners provided exceptional one day wash and fold services for me and my wife. They were very friendly and we felt the price was very fair. We would recommend Compton's Cleaners for all your clothing and fabric care needs.
I wanted to use this cleaners because of the reviews, when I Googled directions it took me to their old location on State Street, but did find them at 310 19th street and am I glad I did. The service was awesome and the quality of dry cleaning was excellent. Will be my new cleaners from now on. Lovely people that work there.
The lady there repaired my zipper in just a few minutes while I waited. I was able to wear my jacket the next day.

Compton's. What a great place. These people are good at what they do. I had not used dry cleaners for many years because of harsh treatment of my stuff. Then, I purchased two tired Hudson's Bay blankets and two sets of ratty WW1 U.S, Navy uniforms. Took 'em to Compton's. Complete satisfaction and what a pleasant surprise.
