Every week I come here to do my laundry and the place needs improving. The washers are depenable the dryers are not depenable. For instance 75 cents normally dries my clothes within 40minutes but on numerous visits I have found the dryers do not work the same, if you choose the dryers closest to the food vending machines expect to spend $1.50 to 2.25 and more time waiting on your clothes to dry. Very frustrating to say the least especially when you need to be somewhere else besides waiting on clothes to dry. Take note the restroom provided has a light that may work or not. So if you are in dire need of having to use it be prepared to improvise with a light source to help you. And IMPORTANT bring hand sanitizer if you visit you will understand why!

Machines are broken quite often. Needs an exterminator on cove rd. On the other hand Water is hot some of the dryers are hot. Good prices for machines. There is room for lots of improvementsud83dude36 at every location

There are so many laundromats that’s are much nicer than this one in the Roanoke Valley. This one used to be decently maintained; however, now it is dirty, ancient dryers, no sink in the bathroom nor soap in the sink located with the washers. Also, Make sure you wear a jacket because the draft is no joke. Disappointing.

3 pants 2 shirts 1 dress 1 pillow case I told the idiot at the front desk I wanted them washed and folded in a box. She was more interested in her cell phone then her work. She charged us 55.00 and cleaned them instead of wash. Outrageous I'm glad I'm moving out of the area.

This place is half way maintained. Walk in and look at all the falling ceiling panels and the lack of upkeep in cleaning. The vent grilles have so much dirt in them you could start your own personal garden. Lots of easy fixes but lack of action on upkeep. Lights burnt out, gum stuck to the floor, tile coming up.
