Salesman was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We are happy with our purchase and the experience overall was good. There was a rude, unruly customer that was handled very quickly by the team. I feel sorry for them for having to deal with customers like that, but for us there were no problems! Friendship Ford is always top notch. We always work with Brian Lawson who is fantastic! He is always courteous, prompt, and professional.
