Ask for Noah, the salesman, he's the best! He was friendly and made the process really smooth. He goes above and beyond for his customers and tries to help as much as possible. If he doesn't know the answer to your question he's fast to figure it out. He located the vehicle we were wanting in a day and we were signing papers two days later. Matt, finance manager, was phenomenal! The whole process couldn't have been more seamless. We found the perfect fit for our family, which was located by Noah rather quick and our payment was spot on with our budget thanks to Matt. Go see them at Toyota of Bristol! Overall, great service!

I worked with Jacob Kopp on purchasing my new truck. He was a friendly guy and made me feel at ease. He worked with me to find the truck that I liked. He answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. I was in and out off the dealership in 3.5 hours, which I thought was was very good time since I walked in and didn't know what type of truck I really wanted. I have been burned by many vehicle repair shops. I’ve had simple maintenance turn into time and money pits from multiple other maintenance shops. At this point I try to work on my car myself to save the headache. I needed specialty work done that I couldn’t do myself, so I took a chance and used Toyota Bristol. They were awesome! Dean Hughes was my service advisor and I had a fantastic experience. I was not overcharged and I left satisfied that my service was completed in a timely and cost effective manner. I will definitely be back when I need my vehicle serviced. Thanks!

Bertus, in the service department is top-notch. He helped me plan for some extensive repairs so I wasn't hit with the expense all at once. He was very knowledgeable and provided updates on progress along the way. Overall, he provided a great experience despite the circumstances. My vehicle was repaired and seems practically new. I will drive by other dealerships to Toyota of Bristol for future maintenance and repairs to because of my experience. I would highly recommend this service department.
