Associate not sure where merchandise was.
This Lowe's location is very good at customer service. I have been remodeling my home and have been in Lowe's about 7 days straight this week and every time Jack is working he takes his time to help me. Jack is an exceptional employee and really is knowledgeable in electrical, plumbing, and even some flooring. He helped me pick out a great ceiling fan, GE dish washer, laminate flooring, and took time to make sure I purchased the correct electrical outlets as well. In addition, Jon in flooring also helped greatly in showing me which tiles to buy as well as everything needed to complete my shower. Thank you all!

Rick and I just left this Lowe's. All the sales associates were extraordinary kind and helpful, but Brad was exceptional. He was beyond generous with his help, which wasn't easy because we had so many things to get. Thank you again, Brad! Blessings to you and yours always!!
Do not rely on website inventory. Came in for a torch. Of the 7 different torches listed online, they had one in stock. Website stated there were at least 7 of each model, only one torch in the entire store. I recommend calling ahead to be sure before wasting your gas.
