This used to be my favorite Wendys but lately I have grown to dislike it. Every visit they mess up our orders but this last one was yet the worst.nnFirst our order wasnt that hard. 2 jr bacon cheeseburger one no may one only ketchup. They gave us one with a burger and ketchup, one with lettuce and tomato only. Not even close to what we ordered. They brought us the wrong drinks but fixed it. And one the baked potato we order I asked for extra sour cream and its a good thing because they didnt give me the sour cream or butter in the first place. And on top of that they didnt give us our Receipt so we didnt even bother to fo back through drive through. We just left. Very disappointed honestly with the service thats was provided.

Food was fresh and hot. My bacon cheese baked potato was perfect. Dined at lunch time and received fast friendly service. Very happy with my visit. I rank this Wendy's the best in Bristol. Been there 3 times in the last month and have absolutly no complaints.

A new look and decent fast food. Haven't had any many issues at a Wendy's. Generally your order will be correct and the food hot. May take a few minutes but worth the wait compared to other fast food chains. Don't forget to add a frosty, it's a good treat to finish your meal. Enjoy!

When it's fresh it's good. Served cold fries after sitting in line for 15 min. We took them inside and they replaced them with fresh ones.
