BVU Authority

I only gave them a one star because I had to put something down. I called to simply find out how much my deposit would be if I moved there. They couldn't even tell me what it would be until I had an address over there. I read on the Bristol Housing Authority site that it could be up to $1,000 for electric deposit and up to $350 for a water deposit, depended on your credit. I told them I had to know how much it would be before I even attempt to get an address over there. If it was going to be that expensive I would not be able to move there. I attempted to give her a random address to get a general ideal of what it would cost me and she wanted to know extra numbers for the place. She just did not want to tell me how much of a deposit. Then she hung up on me. Very rude, and I will most definitely will not be moving to Bristol because of them not being able to answer a simple question on how much of a deposit will it cost me. Simple question, and should have had no resistance to answer the question. That tells me all I want to know about Bristol. Ok, your saying that it depends on how big the property is. It wouldn't be over a 1500 square foot property. So how much is the deposit? I guarantee I still won't get an answer. I see and I'm sure everyone else sees all the bad reviews you get. There is no working with you. Like I said, I will not be moving tonBristol. You will not be getting my business.

Never sent me a bill for last month. I call when I noticed I haven't gotten one and just get told they'll look into it and call me back. Two days later, still no call back and I get a disconnect notice. But still no bill showing able to pay online.

I thought all the crooks left BVU, thats a big NO! The Ceo don bowman is just as bad if not worse than what they had. Money hungry, and cocky. Need to send him back to Calfornia. U want to know why the power goes out so much its because of Don Bowman!!!! He doesnt care about the customer or employes.

I don't enjoy writing bad reviews, but power seems to frequently go out. Often this happens on clear days. A light rain shower or thunderstorm? Better have candles and flashlights ready. Can't count the times I come home from work and all my digital clocks are flashing from where power was out for a while. What's going on over there?

WORST COMPANY EVER! My husband is on oxygen because of COVID and they turned out power off after paying the bill!!!! Sick company. Highly against AEP but BVU is getting just as bad.
