Hello. I’m a business owner and was in town and chose to stop by the local chamber of commerce here in Bristol to use the internet to call a few customers and take care of my business. So I talked to the clerk at the desk and asked her for the WiFi password for guests. She reluctantly gave it to me and I signed in and used it to handle my business. About an hour later a cop rolled up on me and said the clerk was worried that I was homeless and was hungry out there since I was on the property for a while. Now this made me mad because I’m not homeless and I gave no indication that I was homeless but this lady called the cops on me because i needed to use the internet. I think it had something to do with me being black and her being racist because I did nothing to make her feel I needed any help other than to use the chambers internet because mine was down for a moment. This is a racist establishment and I don’t recommend any minorities to use this place at all or you’ll be profiled as a homeless person. Stay away.
