The manager andre was the most helpful person I ever encountered when it came to phone set up. Very informative and all around solid guy.
Israel is one of the most personable, positive, funny, enthusiastic customer service reps that I have ever encountered. He has the ability to connect with just about anyone. I witnessed this not only for myself, but also as he dealt with other customers, making them feel equally at ease. Stopped in to get a new phone today because mine wouldn’t charge. Cody was very helpful, informative, and knowledgeable with any questions I had. The store was busy and both employees were doing everything they could to help everyone in a timely yet professional manner. Offered me extras like phone, storage, screen protector, case, etc. Some I needed some I didn’t, but never pushed or tried to keep selling me anything I didn’t want. Overall very happy with mynexperience there today.
Employees are great and super friendly. Didn’t take a lot of time to get what I needed done. They offered up sales but weren’t pushy like with most places. Good inventory. Highly recommend!
Israel provided one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. He was laid back, personable, knowledgeable and polite. If you go to ATT Enola, ask for him by name!
