Hamid came within a few hours after I called he was neat, professional, diagnosed the problem and had the part to fix my washing machine. I’d use him again and I recommend him. Reasonably priced and reliable.

Thank you SO much Salam Appliance! These days it’s not common to find generous and trustworthy service. I called six or seven places that either couldn’t help me, or would charge about $450 for the fridge repair. But when I called Salam appliance, he talked me through it on the phone for how to troubleshoot the frozen fan and reset the fault code. So generous! I would use them for anything and everything in the future. Highly recommend!

I called this place to have someone come by to do an appliance check on a new home. When I called, he said he can do it. He didn’t mention any cost or any service call. Neither did his website. Once he comes, he opens and closes my double oven. Tells me it can’t be fixed and manages to break a piece off it. Then I ask him to check out a leak on fridge. He says it was water and doesn’t mention anything about the seal which another one of the contractors caught.nnThen he tells me service call was 60 bucks and the fact that he diagnosed my fridge as just being some ice leak, it was another 60 bucks. I told him he didn’t fix anything and he said someone else would have lied and charged 200. This guy runs a scam for a business. Didn’t want to give me a receipt or anything. For $120 and nothing fixed, I just wanted him off my property.

Absolutely fantastic and highly recommended. Our fridge broke in the evening and by the next afternoon Salam Appliance Repair was at our place to save the day. He was friendly, knowledgeable, reasonable and professional. I will use this repair service again if needed and recommend that you do too!
