I brought a ring my boyfriend got for me to get resized, the jeweler looked at it and said it was white gold. A week later they called me to tell me it’s silver and to come in a couple days later and that they would fix it on spot. When I arrived I had to ask about 6 times to see my ring, they said 15 mins it will be ready I came back 20 mins later and it wasn’t ready they said 5 more mins I waited 15 mins longer and then it was ready. After wearing it for 3 hours running errands my finger turned green! This never happened before when I was wearing the ring! all my silver rings have never stained my fingers. Whatever they used to size my ring wasn’t silver thanks for ruining my expensive ring!!! :(

I ordered and prepaid for a chain to hold my medical i d iam a diabetic and can go unconcious . The falmouth store called me and told me chain was in because of the health emergency the cape cod store closed and nobodt from falmouth called me and offered different ways for me to get chain. Ihace never seen such poor customer seevice because they already charged me for chain icannot getanother. When this pandemic is over i will never shop again
