Larry with AMPRO was extremely rude! Came out for free inspection of a gnat problem. Insulted me repeatedly on my housekeeping. When I told him I’m working with a professional organizer he said “good thing, you need it!” He yelled at me loudly when I misunderstood a question. When leaving he said “you’re not a hoarder, but you’re close!” (Note: my organizer/ coach says I’m nowhere near a hoarder). Just wanted a solution to gnat problem (he had none). Shocked at how he spoke to me! Arrogant, rude & belittling.
I am mad I can't stand neil.what he did to us is horrible neil I horrible he did us wrong.do not use this pest company...
An Ampro vehicle sped up, ran a stop sign, pulled out in front of me and then proceeded to drive 10 under the speed limit this morning on Johnson School Road. I called the number on the side of the car and spoke with the owner to inform him his worker was driving dangerously. He told me it was raining (???) and I told him it was bad advertising and made his company look bad. HE HUNG UP ON ME. Call Okolona Pest Control, they are polite and I never see them acting like jerks on the road. AMPRO is TRASH.
Larry and his team are great.
I work for ampro. Many of my customers have been with ampro since their parents used us. Personally, I care a great deal about doing a good job and treating each customer as if they were the most important person.
