AMAZING EXPERIENCE. We tried the snorkeling but we wish we scuba dived. We would of been up close and personal with all the animals. Will definitely come back and try scuba diving . Very friendly people!

We used them on our vacation and it was a lot of fun. It says 10-3 but it was more like 11-2. Equipment was good. Ryan was our snorkel instructor and he was really great! Very helpful and nice guy. For sure saw tons of turtles and lots of different fish. We didn’t take any food because we were told there would be sandwiches for lunch, which we thought was a great deal for the price but no sandwiches were given. Just lollipops and wedges of oranges. Small water cups too which after being so salty it’s not that great.

Snorkeling AND beach equipment!nWho wants to lug beach chairs and umbrellas from home when visiting the Islands? No one! You can rent everything — umbrellas, chairs, and even a cart — at cheap prices from Aqua Zone. A 5-day umbrella rental was only $30+tax. So worth it!nMy availability for a snorkel trip was limited so I called before I left the mainland. Owner Devon worked with me over the next 4 days to get me on trip and it was wonderful. Damien at the front desk was really helpful and friendly. Recommend!

Never actually experienced the service, however, I am sure the place is fine, especially based on all the great reviews on Google. I wanted to rent some snorkel gear the day before I headed out to Hanauma Bay. On the web, it stated that the store closed at 5pm, I showed up around 330 to find out they had changed their hours and they are now only open until 1pm. Simply put, please update your operating hours on your site AND GOOGLE because there are people who plan their vacation days/itinerary around things like this. Time is valuable when people are away for a trip. Sure, I could have called before heading our but even then, having a 4 hour difference between the actual time you close and what is stated on the internet is absurd. Mahalo
