Aloha Hawaiian Vacations

The trip was well planned out and we were kept busy and fed throughout our entire Waikiki trip. Great communication and customer service when we were required to reschedule with minimal notice.

HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION. We had a trip booked with this company far before Covid began because our family booked with them and asked us to join their trip. Aloha NEVER communicated with us about any details of the trip. When we called to check in, they acted like everything was fine and they had our information. We would ask for an email update - nothing ever came. Our family rescheduled due to travel restrictions so we also called to reschedule and Aloha acted like it was fine again but didn't send ANY updates. The original travel dates came and went and still no communication. When we called back again, they apparently hadn't even rescheduled us but also hadn't sent vouchers, etc. in prep for the trip. Finally, we gave up and asked for our deposit back and they begrudgingly decided to give us 1/4 of the initial deposit even though they had literally only caused us headache and annoyance. I have never dealt with such an unprofessional company.

I had been looking at this company for about 6 months before I booked our honeymoon with them, I was searching all over for the best pricing and best place to go with COVID being around. We finally decided on Hawaii island of Oahu for our honeymoon and there was no regrets!!!! The booking process was so easy!!! Booked it less than 20 minutes with Nina !!! She was amazing whatever I needed she helped me get done! The hotel was the Sheraton Princess Kaiulani and it was beautiful could see the beach from our balcony and the sun rise!!!! All of our excursions were amazing, we did have some get canceled or changed due to COVID but it didn’t mess up anything for us! The voucher system was so easy to use!!! They came in the mail and when we got to Hawaii we would just hand them to whoever we needed to and it was a breeze, THE FOOD IS AMAZING !!!!! Voucher or not the food is so good!!!!!! We booked our flights through Delta but we did everything we wanted to do! We had the premier all inclusive package to Waikiki Oahu for 8 days and we will be using this company again!!!!!nAn amazing honeymoon

When I booked my trip to Hawaii through Aloha Hawaiian Vacations, I had no idea we would be traveling during Covid-19. Some of the original excursions we booked were now closed due to Covid-19. Jade was on top of it. Very professional and efficient with informing us of all the changes. Two days before our trip, the hotel we booked decided not to open due to Covid. Aloha Hawaiian Vacations upgraded us to another hotel. Booking through Aloha Hawaiian Vacations made our trip so enjoyable and stress-free. They book everything for you, including restaurant reservations. The hotels were beautiful. All the restaurants were GREAT! Food was wonderful.
