We had the pleasure of staying at one of Bruce's properties in Waikiki over the holidays and it was fantastic. Just a short walk to the beach and the apartment had a patio that we enjoyed very much. I just wish our trip could have been longer! Will definitely come back.

Love this travel agency. Bruce and Haley gives you the time and efforts in building your vacation. They will work with your budget. They have the inside scoop of which hotels to stay at. I have sent new clients there way for 12 years and everyone has been happy with the results. Even though the business has gotten bigger they still have the Aloha in the way they run it. Mahalo

After our initial phone call, Bruce never sent the follow up email with the quote for the vacation package. Had to call back and leave a message to get the email with the initial quote. Called back a few days later and spoke to another woman about building a vacation package. After a productive call, she said she would send me a follow-up email (never got anything). My girlfriend called them back the next day to see what was going on they said they had no records of speaking to me (even though the lady I spoke with took down my contact information). We told them that We had intially spoke with Bruce, so they told us Bruce would give us a call back by the end of the day (he never did, we had to call again). Finally spoke with Bruce and had a productive call. Sent him multiple follow up emails to finalize a package (it’s been over a week and he still hasn’t replied). This company clearly did not value our time. Overall, poor experience.

Wonderful experience working with Bruce and Yaling! They were very attentive and accommodating to our specific needs regarding my disability. His hotel recommendations were perfect and we had an overall fantastic time. Will definitely be booking with them again.
