Parking at King Kalakaua Plaza in Waikiki has reduced hours first of all, ie 6 am to 10 pm. Secondly I showed up before 10 pm to move my car, but the entire garage was shut down. The worker in the booth shut down early & left early for the night.nnAs I live far from Waiks, I had to scramble and was fortunate to find a friend to house me. If not I woulda been forced to get a hotel room.nnWhen I returned at 6 am, I was charged extra for leaving my car overnight. the booth operator at the time told me to inform the office--the phone number showing on the receipt. I called and left a couple messages and have yet to hear back from them, and it's been a couple days.nnAdditionally I faxed in a letter to the office, awaiting response.

Do not use this scam company in waikiki. They are connected to the hotel right by yardhouse. If you lose the ticket they charge you 50 dollars. They have no way of tracking who owns the car outside of the ticket. The 50 dollars is absolute extortion. While I admit it's my fault for losing the ticket that price is beyond unreasonable even in waikiki. They were not polite or cordial. Park literally any where else.

Low clearance, pretty hard to find a low floor spot some days but fast elevators either way. Parking all day can get expensive but free limited time parking if you make a minimum purchase at Walmart on the ground floor.

DO NOT GO HERE. THEY DON'T CARE. THEY WON'T RESOLVE YOUR ISSUES.nnBefore moving into our apartment, we asked the realtor about having both bikes parking inside. He said it was fine.nnIn the beginning we both parked inside while trying to figure out that we had been misinformed of the property rules. We drove around for weeks because no one even got the garage key card to us. When they did they explained how we were to use it. I think one time it was rainy or stormy and we wanted to park both bikes in. Or maybe we did that once after the bike was knocked over and we were freaking our scared it would get hit more or stolen. Anyway you're not supposed to do that so we stopped.nnThere are several convenient spots for motorcycles on property that are protected and secured. They aren't spots that can be used by cars, bikes only.nnWe've tried to pay for more parking or another card to get into the parking garage at our apartments. We wouldn't even take up a stall but the answer is no because of the rules.nnBecause of this our 2nd bike, the one that has to sit outside, has now been hit and run (and had to be replaced). And now the newer bike has been vandalized as well! Parts stolen!nnThey could choose to help us but would rather not bother about our vehicles security and safety. And the realtor is just as bad for not caring that every other apartment we looked at had a parking stall. We should have stayed somewhere else but we signed a lease.

Keanu at OutRigger Waikiki was extremely rude and argued with me about the price told me I should have made that decision and walked instead of parking. I called management I hope he gets talked to that is no way to do customer service. Many people would love this job and do a hell of a lot better. Shame on Elite parking.
