Awesome movie experience. Best part is they have a monthly unlimited movie pass....pay one price, watch unlimited movies. Great customer service and always yummy popcorn.

Purchased tickets online so had to pickup at the kiosk and not the box office. Nobody at guest services and the ticket person at the entrance didn't validate parking so I wrongly assumed that parking wouldn't be an issue. That mistake cost me an additional 24 dollars in addition to what I paid for my tickets... If parking needs to be validated then there needs to be someone readily available for all customers... As is I'm not coming back to this theater again.

I've only been in theater 7, so I'm mostly reviewing that one room. The seats were old, not the new reclining leather seats I've enjoyed in other establishments. The volume was turned so loud it hurt, for the first 1/3 of the movie. That said, the theater seats are arranged steeply enough that the people sitting in front of me didn't distract from the movie at all. The Regal also validates parking, which is cool.

This theater is on the lower end of theaters on the island, but has great movie availability. There are no reclining seats here, but the theater is clean. The parking is fairly easy. The parking is 4 hours free if you go to the movies, just make sure you validate. I would recommend this theater if you want something less packed than Ward and quieter or if you are seeing a popular movie and Ward is sold out.

I went last night to see the new Godzilla and had a great experience. Bought my tickets online, and showed up half an hour early. There was plenty of parking, the lady that scanned my tickets was courteous, the concession stand had a long line, but only took us about 7 minutes to get our food and drink.nnGodzilla in IMAX 2D was breath taking! The resolution was fantastic and the sound.. Oh my God the sound. It was one of the loudest things I've ever sat through; it was deafening, but in a good way! If you have sensitive ears, you may not have enjoyed it as much as I did, though.nnI ding a star because this theater needs a face-lift. It doesn't even have reclining seats, the IMAX theaters should be upgraded to have them for a truly awesome movie watching experience. Hard to really enjoy a movie when my butt is sore from the seats half way through. Dole sells some of the priciest movie tickets on the island, they should have the look and luxury to justify those prices.nnOverall, great movie theater if you plan to see your movie in IMAX or RPX. I would definitely go again.
