Kakaako Wine

These guys absolutely rock. They are the only alcohol delivery service I could find on Oahu trying to get a bottle of champagne delivered to my newly engaged best friend on vacation. Due to nonsense COVID rules at the hotel, they said they were unable to deliver the bottle to the room. The driver from Kakaako was communicative of all of this and they worked with me and the hotel to get it delivered. Truly exceptional customer service.

Ordered a bottle of champagne for a family member’s special occasion. They provided excellent customer service, following up to personalize a message and they hustled to have it delivered by a certain time. Can’t thank the folks at Kakaako Wine enough!!!!!!!!!
