The first time they lost my appointment. I called to reconfirm the day of the appointment, and they said I wasn't even in their system. I had the referral resent and confirmed with them that they had it and was given available dates. When I called to schedule another appointment, they had lost my referral. Again, they said i wasn't in their system. Their office staff is incompetent to say the least.
