My experience at Queen’s in Hawaii Kai has been positive. The people in front are friendly and efficient. I have been seen on time for appointments. Dr G. Paar is a great addition to the already good medical staff. She takes time to listen. She’s professional and compassionate, a great combination. Dr. Paar and I are partnering for my good health. Dr Paar is a 5 star physician!

This is a good place. I have a new doctor here. Dr. Lum is very nice and she listened to me. I don't know why others complain. I only waited 10 minutes to see my new doctor. I used to wait over an hour for my old doctor near Kapiolani. This medical center is just a few minutes farther away from my house, but I don't have to wait in the waiting room. I recommend it.

I love it, I go to Dr. Jenny Utamaro. Super sweet and comforting.

for over a year, my doctor and I have tried to reach this person for my xray on my feet and this clinic and doctor has never responded. No professional customer services.
