VERY RUDE OFFICE! I recently moved and needed to find a doctor close to my new address, my insurance company had directed me to Sharon Lawlers office to set up an appointment. After waiting on the phone for almost 25 minutes to speak with the office, I was rudely greeted by the front office lady (she would not give me her name). I explained my situation and she literally laughed at me multiple times and said I could not get an appointment because she was very booked. I told her why do you think this is funny? You should not be laughing at patients. She said you're right its not funny but she cannot take you call your insurance back and hung up on me.

Love Dr Lawler and Dr Chelsea!nShe’s been my Dr for 17 years. Yes there are times you have to wait, but she’s worth the wait. Marsha always speaks with a professional manner and very much cares for the patients.

The best physician anyone can ask for, Dr. knows exactly what is ailing you and prescribes the proper treatment. You rarely need to return for additional treatment and Dr. follows up with a phone call to see how you are within a day or two. The reception greets you promptly and you rarely wait more than 10 minutes before support staff takes your vitals and escort you to an exam room. You are always seen by the doctor or nurse practitioner shortly after and finish within 30 minutes even without an appointment. If you require drugs, the doctor has a drug room where she has staff dispense whatever type of medication you need. There is an in house Longs Pharmacy where you can pick up the drugs the doctor cannot give you. There is lots of free parking in the building.
