My experience was very good & I highly recommend. Ashley - the receptionist is very knowledgeable and so helpful. I appreciate her clear communication. I felt that Dr Luu was very honest and trustworthy. He genuinely listened to my concerns as I explained my previous terrible experiences at other dental clinics and anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist. He was very careful to explain the steps and was overall very patient making my experience anxiety free. His recommendations felt genuine as he took the time to review and explain my X-rays and show me problem areas. I felt comfortable because he answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns.nnThe office is located downtown, parking is validated. There is a locked bathroom down the hall for your convenience.nnI will say the ac is very cold so bring a jacket and you will be quite comfortable.

Every visit I have gone to they have always been friendly and know exactly who I am when I walk in. The office is clean and comfortable. Had a recent procedure done and didn’t even feel them numbing me with the syringe. Not even one poke! Highly recommend them.

I started going to Hawaii Dental Clinic recently and am happy I found them. I had a bad toothache and was able to get an appointment the very next day. My dentist-phobia slowly disappeared as my first visit progressed. Cheerful staff made me feel comfortable. Dr. Luu has good chair side manners and I relaxed a little bit. He answered my questions, and solved my problem quickly. I had all the information I needed to have confidence in the recommended. I was pleased with that first visit and continue to go to them for my dental needs.

The people were always kind and nice I have not nor been treated negatively at this dental office I'm not scared

Excellent experience with Dr. Lu. He is a true professional with good ethical value. He gave me good advice and did not attempt to over-sell his service to me. I like him.
