Sam's Club Pharmacy

This pharmacy truly has been a life-saver to us. Our insurance would not cover for 💉insulin at a price we could afford. Sam's Club Pharmacy has been an excellent source 💲 for this medication. 💊 We are able to purchase Novlin R and Novolin N OTC, in other words without a Rx.⚕️ Incredibly amiable staff, willing to listen and help. 💳 Membership required of course, Closed Sundays.

Each employee is very experienced and patient with our many and varied requests. We have been coming to this pharmacy for 9 years and will continue.

Every staff member has been instrumental providing the medications I’m required. Eric goes above and beyond in his efforts, they all do, I am grateful for their professionalism!

They are unprofessional and unfit for purpose as a pharmacy. I used to love this pharmacy as they were quick to refill prescriptions, but over the past year something has changed. They have misplaced prescription information on four separate occasions from three different doctors, requiring us to forego important medication on several different occasions. I have never had this happen before at any other pharmacy, let alone four times in the past year. I would think it was potentially my doctors office. However, this has occurred from prescriptions written by our family doctor (Tanner Clinic), OB/GYN (Independent Practice), and the urgent care (Intermountain Health). This has required us to forego important medication on several occasion, not to mention the extra time going back and forth from the pharmacy. On one occasion, we even called the doctor immediately on arriving home to confirm the prescription was sent, called back Sams club, and after they double checked they found that they had in fact received the prescription the day before and had it filled and ready. However, the pharmacist who I talked to 30 minutes earlier had sworn to me that my had doctor never sent the prescription. I pretty much never write bad reviews. I understand people make mistakes, and I understand everyone has an off day, but after having had this occur to us four different times in the past year I'm 100% done with this pharmacy. Furthermore, I felt morally obligated to warn other people who don't want to waste their time or potentially go without medication. I'm not sure what happened, but losing peoples prescriptions at this frequency is unacceptable. I would recommend going to another pharmacy, where they have an adequate system in place to not lose prescriptions, and where you won't need to forego taking important medication because of the pharmacies blunders.
