Long term staff is great, new staff not so much. Pharmacists are great with answers to questions and will even research new meds if needed.
The pharmacists and pharmacy techs are professional and helpful every time I've filled/refilled a script or had questions over the past 20 years. Thanks to each of you and keep up the excellent work!
WORST PHARMACY EVER. Have to explain how to bill insurance EVERY time I fill a prescription here. It’s ridiculous
I've been using this pharmacy since 2012. I've had very few problems with them and most of the issues I've had were caused by the doctor's office or insurance. The pharmacy techs have always been very helpful. I've rarely had problems with wait times.
If I could give 0 stars I would, they have NEVER billed a single prescription correctly, it is like talking to children. I wish this whole pharmacy would just shut down because they’re so incompetent
