From the time I first called to inquire about a bid until the work was completed I found everyone on the Marshall's team to be professional, helpful and respectful. It was a pleasure working with them. The installers wore booties and masked up in my home. They were polite and friendly and worked quickly and efficiently. They put everything they needed to move back and cleaned up every last speck of sawdust. And answered my questions clearly and knowledgeably.nnImpressed! Highly recommend.

Very pleased with all the staff I had contact with regarding our new gas fireplace insert. From the sales staff and estimator to scheduling and installation, everyone was helpful and professional. Desiree, Nick and Jorge were great to work with. Very pleased with our new high efficiency gas fireplace!!! I also need to mention Marshall’s 100% compliance with COVID masking which I very much appreciated. Really a “top drawer” crew.

We purchased our heat pump from Marshall's 8 years ago. This appointment was for routine maintenance. Rick impressed us by his courtesy and knowledge. He took the time to listen and explain. (All was good with our system.) We are grateful that Marshall's is available locally and have been a great company to do business with. Thank you, staff!

I have used Marshall's for about 4 years now. I prefer them to other companies I have used for HVAC needs. They have always provided reliable, qualified service. Their customer service is also very good. All of the techs that have come to our home have been professional, courteous, and competent. And they all expressed confidence in the company they are working for. That is always an important sign---- ( when the employees are happy!)

The maintenance guy Tim was very nice and courteous. He thoroughly checked every aspect of our pellet stove to get down to the problem!nHe was at our house for quite a few hours and kept things clean as he went along. Definitely recommend! My only issue is I feel like the pricing is a bit high-$165 just for them to come out for a diagnostic test, so any repairs are extra on top of that!
