The staff at this Verizon are beyond amazing! They were super professional and very helpful. When I went in to get my phone fixed the manager Morgan was willing to help me. She was AMAZING and had a great sense of humor! She did not make me feel like I was dumb for not knowing some things. She also explained what was wrong in a way that I could actually understand. This store is all about customer satisfaction. The service I got here was not like any service I had gotten before at a Verizon. 10/10 recommend going here for any of your phone needs.
Rich is always extremely helpful. He’s knowledgeable on technology and always makes excellent recommendations to meet my needs. He understands all of the various plans and helps me decide which fits our business budget. Best of all he always delivers information in a digestible manner and is never condescending. I literally always try to work with Rich, he’s awesome!
Morgan Campbell Queen is wonderful, very friendly and willing to go the extra mile for Verizon customers. She is truly an asset to your company and I appreciate her compassion and willingness to help no matter what or how long it may take to please her customers. She is awesome and I hope she continues to be the manager at the Verizon store here in Livingston Montana. I also want Verizon to know that the customer service has improved since she has been here, I now do not feel I have to go to Bozeman anymore for great customer service, thank you Morgan.
Matthew was very helpful In figuring out what was going on with my phone not charging. He also gave us a nice discount on the items I purchased which was a pleasant surprise. In addition, he told us about the area and some fun things to do in Montana. I feel he went above and beyond to assist us.
Had a random stop in at the Verizon store. My wait was short and Rich started answering all of my random questions. He willingly corrected a few items on my phone, as well as giving me excellent advice on future plans. Rich couldn’t have been more polite and helpful!
