She welcomed us to the community and was a great local resource as we explored the area finding the perfect location and property. Before we moved here, Lauren was doing research for us and sending regular updates, which we really appreciated as we got to know the area and options in our price range. She even helped us find a short-term rental (in a very competitive rental market!) which was a perfect landing place while we looked for a home to buy.nnAs soon as we arrived, Lauren set up showings and helped us find our dream property within only a few weeks! Her personal touch, great communication, and positive attitude made the buying process fun! She had great recommendations for inspectors and knew the ins and outs of county permit requirements that helped us through the process. Charlie Eubanks was the perfect realtor for us! He is down to earth, optimistic and not at all pushy. At times it felt like he knew our needs better than we did. He encouraged us to be patient and wait for the right house to come on the market... and I'm sitting it in right now! We love our new little home, it's just what we needed and was within our budget (even a bit under!) A friend recommended Charlie to us and I would do the same.

Charlie was exactly what I was looking for in a realtor. He made life easy during a pretty stressful time getting booted from a rental that was put on the market to figuring out how to actually buy something worthwhile. Worked with Charlie when selling my house. He is hard working, extremely knowledgeable of the areas real estate market, honest, and easy to work with. A very busy family man that is active in the community and still always found time to fit me in quickly with both of us having a busy schedule.
