My husband and I utilized Kristin and her group for our estate planning needs. We felt very comfortable discussing difficult scenarios and felt very well taken care of throughout the process and with our final plan. Scheduling was convenient and accommodating. We have since had several friends and family use them with equal success. We would highly recommend Bailey Law Group for your estate planning!

I have worked with Kristin on a few different matters, and I cannot recommend her strongly enough. First, my wife and I worked with Kristin to put together a will. Kristin was so clear, so thorough, so professional, and so easy to work with. We thought putting together a will would be really stressful, but Kristin made the process so easy. We could not have been happier with the result.nnKristin also helped me start an LLC, and she helped me through a not-so-straightforward real estate transaction. In both instances, Kristin again did an outstanding job. Same deal as the will -- clear, thorough, professional, and easy to work with. In fact, there were some urgent deadlines involved, and Kristin made herself available on short notice and outside normal working hours (and while on vacation!) to help me. Her help was invaluable.nnFinally, Kristin works with a great team. I primarily worked with Kelsey, who is excellent to work with -- responsive, clear, friendly, helpful, and just a joy to work with.nnSo, to sum up, if you need an attorney for one of the practice areas that Kristin works on . . . call Kristin to represent you!!!

Working Kristin Bailey was an great experience. We came to her shortly before our second child was born having never done any kind of will or estate planning. She patiently and clearly walked us through everything making it such an easy and good experience. I can not recommend her enough - her professionalism, personal engagement, reliability, and helpfulness was amazing!

I recently employed the Bailey Law Group to help me start up my own business. I viewed the legal and logistical aspect of doing all of this as extremely daunting. Kristin and Co. did EVERYTHING for me. What I had originally expected to be a confusing burden became simple and even enjoyable. What a joy it was to work with Kristin and the team at Bailey Law Group in setting up two living trusts for my spouse and I. We are complex as this was a second marriage for both of us and we each had three kids and grandkids prior to our current marriage . My husband dreaded going to our first appointment as he never even had a will. However, it was easy to set up an appointment and once he went to the first meeting and saw that this was a good idea... and not daunting , he was on board. We found this was very time efficient and affordable.nnWe are sleeping better know I gotta that these important pieces are done... and they can be changed as our life circumstances evolve.
