I have not had the negative experience at this location it seems so many other have. I do know that the time I arrived unprepared, I was unceremoniously turned away with no sympathy, but I found that hard to argue with. Show up on time, fully prepared, and the outcome is always as expected. I enjoy the smaller atmosphere over other, larger, nearby cities, and the service is much more expedient as a result.
They seem to like extra long lunch breaks. I'm still waiting even though they say lunch is only an hour for them to be gone.
I would give no stars if i could!! Lady in there is extremely rude!!
No one working here goes by the scheduled hours. The woman in charge of the drivers exam is extremely rude and has a very bad attitude. I feel sorry for the other ladies that have to work with her.
