I have always found the staff to be very friendly and accommodating. Pharmacist is knowledgeable and can answer questions I have about my prescriptions.
I began using Bowman's a couple years ago. I keep coming back because the staff is wonderful and they don't judge you by the Rx you take or by the illness you have to fight. I enjoy being treated with respect and I've found that with Bowman's.
I had my service dog, emotional, in the top of cart on a blanket not touching the cart at all. The owner, Ms Bowman, very rudely told me that he could not ride there. IF he was a real service dog I would know that she said, insinuating that he was not a real service dog. I held him. Had she been a little nice about it I would not be posting but she was far from nice. She stalked me I assume to make sure I didn't put him back in the cart. I am about the same age of this person. Treat me like I am a customer in your store, not an idiot!! Hateful woman. I told her she had just lost a customer and she said she didn't care.
