Rodeo Rigs

55 years old. Have purchased a ton of vehicles and horse trailers in my life, several brands, Featherlite, Logan, etc. My wife is a professional dressage trainer and I had searched and studied for about two years on a warm blood trailer/living quarter combination to make her career the best it could be. To date, I have never had as positive experience as I have had with Rodeo Rigs and Lakota. Many (most) dealers have no expertise at what they are selling in today's strong economy, most seem to typically just hire sales people from any background and put them on the floor. The staff at Rodeo Rigs was not only knowledgeable about Lakota Trailers, but responsive to every question (or issue of any kind) we ever had about this trailer. This was an expensive rig, $100K retail custom order. Lakota had a turn around time that was much faster than anyone else in the industry. So I was a bit skeptical. There were things that were missing or did not get done right, but both this dealer and Lakota immediately made them right. I waited to write this review for half a year. I can tell you that Lakota (and this dealer) beats our experience with Logan and Featherlite by a mile. I cannot imagine doing business with anyone else once I found this first class combination of manufacturer and dealer (which I would have previously swore did not exist anymore).
