Getting lumber is awesome. Pull in they load and you are on your way. Inside customer service less impressive. Good place though. Have a pretty good selection of items.
I shop here quite often for supplies on projects. Prices are sometimes less than Home Depot on items like screws and bolts. They also sell railroad ties, and such which the big box stores don't sell. They don't have newer styled products for like home finishing such as light fixtures. The customer service is lacking. The front desk people act like they are really depressed and grouchy to have to work there, and anyone working in the contractor sales seems genuinely shocked that you are bothering them to ask for help to find something on the shelves. If you lower your expectations regarding customer service and finding items that are in style, then this place will be just perfect.
Didn't open when posted changed my plan for the morning thinking I could stop there in rigby rather then home depot and be right with my timeline but spent a half hour waiting for them to open manager said they changed hours day before sounded bogus anyway home depot for me boys
Friendly service and good prices on items I wanted.
Their inventory is pretty good, but there is no customer service. When I call I just sit on hold and then get hung up on. In store you can't find anyone to help, and if you do they are not pleasant or helpful.
