Great staff. Conveniently accessed. Dollies and carts able to use for free!. This place is great
Brandi and Edgar at this Northgate Mile location went WAY beyond normal customer service. The 26' truck we had reserved was in an accident and the other Uhaul location in IF wouldn't get the replacement for several hours. We were in a time crunch as movers waiting to load. Edgar volunteered to drive to Rexburg to pick up the only unreserved truck available. Meanwhile, Brandi was on phone to dispatch, and managed to switch a 26' they had for one returning later. They solved the problem and managed to have us out within 35 minutes! Great team work by the two! I can't recommend them and Northgate Uhaul high enough!
I had a messed up trailer hookup, and a half hour before close, I went to these guys and they were willing to put a new hookup on. They were very nice and even refused a tip for all the trouble.nnAs I was waiting, I noticed that they stayed open extra late while waiting for another customer to get there that was late as well.nnGreat people and I would go here again. They care about the customer.
Brianna did great and was very helpful!
We used them for storage and a truck rental. Service was great. We will use them again in needed.
