Intermountain Self Storage

We had a great experience with this company. We are actually going back to use it for a second time. The price is more than fair based on rates in Idaho Falls. We had zero issues, but that's probably because we paid our rent on time and only used it for storage like it is supposed to.

Question : How many terrible (and accurate) reviews will it take to get full access back and start getting treated with some respect again?!?nnAnswer : No clue but we're all about to find out! Rating is already dropping. Thankfully ratings can be revised/deleted by the author (hint hint)

My car broke down at the intersection right off this place and I was able to push my car into the lot here until I was able to get help looked like a good place though

I drive by this storage facility all the time. No matter how much I try to tell Google that I have never actually used the facility, Google always asks me to post a review. So, here is that review. I guess a 4 star rating is okay. Maybe when I actually use the facility, I'll upgrade it to 5 stars.

I tried renting the largest unit available on the kiosk. It said the 2sd to the largest was available but not the largest one after the Manager had told me that week there where a bunch available. I had a hired crew with me as well as a moving truck because your free moving truck I was told did not run. After reading these remarks it hasn't ran for at least 2 1/2 years. I think it should be moved to the back of the property. It's false advertising as long as it's not running. Anyway after renting the unit my main Guy got sick and then when we where moving things again I talked to the Manager because there was absolutely no way everything was going to fit into the unit I had I really needed the big unit. He said they still had the large units so I rented one. He told me I only had 3 days to move everything. There was absolutely no way I could move everything in that 3 days. As my crew was moving out of their house at the same time. I'm disabled and only have a Daughter that lives in Blackfoot locally. So it's hard for me to get things done. I kept in contact with the Manager like he asked me to and after about 5 days he told me I was going to have to pay another month on the unit. I wouldn't have the unit in the first place if the kiosk hadn't messed up. Then he locked me out so when we went to move everything so we could pack around it all we couldn't get to it. Now I'm not only going to have to pay my moving crew again. Rent a trailer again but also rent another unit for that stuff. I'm not at all happy. I really wish you'd call me.nThank-younShawna Wardrip
